Scan the labels a buyer picked, choose how they pay, complete the sale.
Card payments
Take cards on your own SumUp reader.
Sign in to your SumUp account in the app and connect your reader: Solo, Solo Lite or Air. At checkout the cart total goes to the reader, the buyer taps or inserts a card, and the sale is recorded when SumUp confirms the payment.
- Your account, your money. The payment runs through SumUp and is paid out to your own SumUp account, at SumUp's rates. VinylDesk charges no fee per sale and never sees card details.
- No retyping amounts. The total, discounts included, is sent to the reader for you.
- No guessing when it goes wrong. If SumUp cannot confirm a payment, the app asks you to check the reader before any record is marked as sold.
- Cash, bank transfer and other payments are recorded the same way, so your history shows how every sale was paid.
Card payments need a SumUp account and reader, an internet connection, and Bluetooth and location switched on (SumUp requires both). SumUp is a separate company with its own terms and fees.

Sell from your own collection
List a record you own in a few taps. When it is sold it is removed from Collector and from your Discogs collection, unless you switch that off.
A condition suggestion from photos
Photograph both sides of the record and the sleeve in good light and get a suggested grade for each. You decide what goes on the label.
Listing photos
Keep photos of the label, the sleeve and any wear with each item, ready for when you also list it online.
Stock and history
What is in stock and what it is worth, what was sold this month, and every sale you ring up in the cart with its payment method. In euros, dollars or pounds.
Price labels
The price on the sleeve is the price in the cart.
Each label shows the grade and the price and carries a QR code. Scanning it puts exactly that record in the cart, so two copies of the same album at different prices never get mixed up.
- Ordinary label sheets. Measure one test sheet and every label lines up with your printer.
- Scan several in a row. Nothing is sold until you complete the sale.

Every new account starts with 7 days of everything in VinylDesk, with no payment card. Add stock, print labels, sell and take card payments. Label scans and condition suggestions use AI Credits, and the trial comes with 20.
After the trial Sales is €14.95 a month, or €149.95 for the first year, for unlimited items and sales and 150 AI Credits every month. Sales includes Collector, so the collection you sell from comes with it.
Without a plan the account becomes read-only after the trial. Everything you made stays and can be viewed. Nothing is deleted.
